- Deliver what’s agreed upon in writing (quotes, emails, proposals)
- Keep you in the loop throughout the process
We ask you to:
- Provide clear input, feedback, and content (where applicable)
- Respect project timelines and payment terms
- Not misuse our site or services for unlawful purposes
2. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise, all content created by Kazze Film House — including videos, graphics, music, scripts, etc. remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. After that, ownership and usage rights will be defined by the contract.
You may not:
- Copy or reuse our website content or portfolio without permission
- Claim any of our work as your own
3. Payments & Cancellations
All payments, deposits, and schedules will be clearly stated in your project agreement. Delayed payments may affect delivery timelines or pause the project.
If you cancel a project after we’ve started work:
A cancellation fee may apply (depending on how much work is completed)
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
4. Project Timelines
We do our best to meet deadlines and delivery dates. However, timelines depend on:
- Timely feedback from your end
- External factors like weather (for shoots), talent availability, etc.
- Any changes to the original scope may result in adjustments to the timeline and budget.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we aim for perfection, we’re only responsible for direct issues caused by us. We’re not liable for:
- Third-party service delays
- Loss of business due to video delivery timelines
- Any technical issues once content is delivered and approved
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version right here on our website with the updated effective date.
