At Kazze Film House, we take pride in the quality of our creative work and services. Since our services are customized and project-based, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis with fairness and transparency in mind.
🎬 Project-Based Services
Because every video, shoot, or edit is tailored to the client’s vision, returns are not applicable once a service has been delivered or partially completed.
However, we do understand that sometimes plans change.
💰 Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund in the following cases:
Before work begins: If you cancel your project before any work has started, your advance may be refunded (minus processing fees, if any).
Work not as agreed: If the delivered content is significantly different from the agreed scope and cannot be corrected after revisions, a partial refund may be discussed.
Delay beyond reason: If there’s an unexpected delay caused solely by our team and no delivery is made after repeated follow-ups.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- If significant work has already been completed
- Change of mind after work has begun
- Delays caused by the client (lack of feedback, missed inputs, etc.)
- Third-party delays beyond our control (actors, locations, etc.)
📝 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [Insert Email] within 7 days of project cancellation or concern. Please include:
- Project name
- Reason for the request
- Any supporting documents or communication
- We aim to review all refund requests within 5 working days.
